Keys to Entrances,
The front door, mailbox, garden gate, and basement keys should be provided to each shareholder when s/he first takes possession of an apartment from the previous owner. If any shareholder loses any of these keys, s/he must notify the superintendent. Replacement keys will be issued for a nonrefundable charge of $10 each.
Entrance/gate locks will be replaced occasionally for security’s sake. Announcements to shareholders will be made in such instances. When this happens, shareholders should turn in the old keys to the superintendent for replacement.
