You are permitted to have guests in your apartment. A guest is anyone staying with you who is not a member of your immediate family or who is not your roommate (see Roommates). Your guests can stay with you for a period not to exceed one month. If you would like to have a guest stay with you for a period longer than one month, you must request permission from the Board of Directors via the Managing Agent, in writing.
You must be residing in your apartment when your guests are visiting. If you’re living elsewhere and there are people occupying your apartment without the consent of the Board of Directors, this will be considered an unauthorized sublet and a violation of your Proprietary Lease.
